The South West Structural Biology Consortium (SWSBC) is an annual conference for the universities of Exeter, Cardiff, Bath, Bristol, Reading, Portsmouth, Southampton, Sussex and UCL, to meet and discuss the structural biology research being performed in the region. Techniques range from X-ray crystallography, NMR and cryoEM to computational modelling and molecular simulations.
All attendees, especially students and post-docs, are encouraged to submit an abstract and present a poster or a talk. Please provide your abstract using the abstract submission form after you have registered (deadline 21st June).
The conference dinner will take place at the Dancing Man Brewery offering nice selection of pies.
For the 2nd day of conference, training computer workshops (CCP-EM, SAXS, PAIREF from CCP4) will take place.
